Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Services
All consulting services are provided on a project or hourly basis as agreed in writing between the client and CSL Assist. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement will be specified in a separate written agreement (the “Service Agreement”).

2. Fees and Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in the Service Agreement, fees are charged according to the agreed rate, exclusive of taxes. Invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate.​
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary information, access, and cooperation to enable CSL Assist to perform the agreed services. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines and do not release the client from payment obligations.​
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all information obtained during the engagement strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. This obligation remains in effect after the engagement ends.​
5. Limitation of Liability
CSL Assist will provide services with reasonable skill and care but cannot guarantee specific business results. Liability for any claims arising from the engagement will be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services in question.​
6. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing 5 working days’ written notice, unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.​
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any Service Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Italy, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
