Refund Policy

As a service-based business, CSL Assist does not offer refunds for work already performed.

If a client wishes to cancel a project before work has begun, any advance payment may be refunded in full, unless otherwise stated in the Service Agreement.

For projects that have already started, any refund or credit will be determined according to the terms set out in the Service Agreement between CSL Assist and the client.

Clients are encouraged to review and agree to the Service Agreement before work commences to ensure mutual understanding of deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
